Follow the brake cables and they are not attached to the front caliper, unless one is entering at the non-drive side brake pad
Also, the dive side fork blade appears to be missing above the caliper pad.
Finally, has the unique Cino bi-axial front hub but with two demi-axles and flanges that are eccentric to each other.

Maybe it's a little goofed, but it does look like the left brake lever is routed to the front cable hanger. I am assuming this is a step through frame with stem shifters, and the rear brake cable is routed down the slanted top/down tube. I've seen worse ... on real bikes.
