My 20+ year-old bike which came with Ultegra had STI shifters with hard-wired connections to a Shimano computer: "Flight Deck". That's probably what you're looking at.

Roll the rubber hood up the other way and there should be a part number embossed on the body of the STI. Then we'll know for certain what you have.

Shimano gave up on Flight Deck long before 6800. You're looking for shift cables in the wrong place. Roll back the rubber hoods from the sides. The shift cable should insert from the inside and wrap around the outside to exit from the top of the lever.

Flight deck inserts went on the thumb side of the hoods - different inserts for different models. The inserts included the buttons that you squeezed with your thumb knuckles to change the computer mode (avg speed, max speed, elapsed time, etc). But I suspect the subject photo is the circuitry that tells the FD head what gear you're in. I can't tell if the whole thing is there or if there's a piece missing.

Looks like 6510 to me:

I had two FD computers - but GPS computers are so much more useful.
