Buying Parts Online "Filter Frustration"

I've been trying to find an online bike shop that has a good selection of parts with usable filters. It seems most filter their products with "COLOR" or "MANUFACTURER" options. I would like to find a shop that does so with a little more detail. For instance, I was looking for a seatpost of a particular diameter but the only options to choose from are color, manufacturer and length. Seems to me the first thing to list would be "diameter" then narrow it down by the other specifications.

The best filter I have found online is for hardware supplies, any bike parts suppliers with good filter engines?

Look at BikeTiresDirect.com. You can drill down on several levels.

Thank you. That site is a little better. In "bottom brckets" they give you the option of choosing threading which makes it much easier.

Jenson, for one more: https://www.jensonusa.com/Rigid-Posts Lots of good suggestions here, seems like you just haven't been finding the shops that do a better job of categorizing their products.

It's a German site, but very good filtering (note that they're mostly down the right side of the page)

You can put your specific need in the search bar. I assume you're looking for something a little less than standard like 26.6 or something. Type that exact parameter and see what happens.

Sometimes this works but sometimes the search only filters the title.

Thanks for all of the suggestions and links. With the exception of Jenson USA, I was not aware of the others.

A French site, shop located in Toulouse, I have actually been there and visited the store. Like many European sites, excellent filtering. However, like the German sites like Bike24, they do not offer free shipping no matter how much you spend. The UK sites usually offer free shipping over a certain amount, but the filtering is not as good
