If you don't find a source here, your description reminded me of Stronglight Impact triples, double check BB, looks like it takes a 115mm JIS according to Stronglight (but Spa says 110). What speed chain are you planning to use?

Stronglight - Pédalier
Good luck!

I have a classic 80s Sugino AT triple, currently set up as a double. 175mm arms. If this is in the right ball park, will follow up with pics.
edit: i have an inner granny (28 i think) to add to the mix as well, can probably get something close to your preferred range.

I have a Deore XT 737 crankset in 175 if it interests you. 94/58, but I only have an inside ring for it.

At some point, I started hoarding 110/74 cranksets.
If the other options don't work out I should have something(s), but I won't be able to dig thru until this weekend.

I have these two Ritchey Logic 110/74 cranks, but neither has rings. I’ve used these with 113mm and 118mm square taper BB, with a spacer under the DS arm to achieve correct chainline. They’re cold-forged, made by Sugino. Note that these use a hidden bolt behind the crank arm. The one with logos is 175, the de-logo’d set is 177.5mm. $45 each + shipping.
