Grin All Axle Hub motor
Nice innovative concept. Justin has quite a shop in his garage. My only concern is that the spoke flanges are integral with the side plates. This means that you will have to unlace the wheel if you have to replace a bearing. I've had to do this on a Shenyi DD hub motor which used 6001 bearings. Perhaps the Grin is designed with better bearings so replacement is less likely to be needed.
A bit on the expensive side, but certainly opens up a few markets.

Grin has an amazing group of products but an unattractive (to me) price/performance ratio, and don't offer mid-drives (except the Stoke Monkey).

I'm probably too old myself. And I would like a BB drive unit. It just seems the best way for me to go. If I want "all wheel drive" I can add a front hub drive in addition to the BB drive. Be Well, Bluesfroggie.
