Markings on TA Pro Vis 5
Hello! I have a newer production TA crankset and was curious about some text printed on the spider. On the inside of the spider it looks like it says “BSC -167.5” and then “Made in France 09/04” I figure some of these are pretty obvious- manufacture date and location, crank length. But was curious what BSC means in this context. I thought this was typically a bb threading standard which seems strange to print on a crankset. Is there also a BSC taper standard?

it means the pedal threads for this crank arm are 9/16 X 20 "British standard cycle" threads, not the 14mm french pedal threads
