Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I have time constraints today. I'm staring at the zwifting rig right now trying to gin up the will to spin out the aches and pains of running last night. I woke up with a new pain in my right foot and a Charlie horse in my right glute.
Running might suck , but Holy shizle it is effective!

LAJ, Did 5x4 with 4 min rest between sets today. Top end was 300, was able to hold 290 for the first 4 sets and held 300+ the last set.

I know I was supposed to do 6x4 and I miss counted. I went all out on the 5th set thinking that was number 6, didn’t realize my mistake til after the programmed test timer counted down and by then my legs were cooked.

how would I set up and over under workout. After yesterday and today my legs are cooked, so Was thinking about doing a long ride tomorrow. AR some zone 2 and throw some over unders in the mix.

They could be sanding down their welds, there is a sort of bead- looking detail at the lugs.

Next time you do these, do 5x5' 5' rest.

Do you have both days to ride during the weekend?
