Also- because CL takes down the postings after a while it is good manners to copy/paste the text so people will know what this thread was about even after the CL posting expires or is taken down...

Last Friday some malevolent bastard snuck into my garage and stole my dear Stella. Stella was a Giant hybrid (Crusier+mountain Bike) Sedona with a beautiful white paint and yellow accents on her body. She was reliable, plucky and stylish. She should be easy to spot as whoever is riding her around town is surely so obviously out of her league anyone who sees them together will ask themselves, "Wow, how did THAT dude get HER?" Well my friends of Hawaii, let me tell you how. When evening came about this past Friday, he slinked into my garage off Manoa Road and seized her AGAINST HER WILL. I'm sure she fought back with her shoddy back brake and slowly wilting rear wheel, but in the end could not battle the pure evil that was upon her. I ask you all now to help me in bringing her back home where she belongs.
This is a woman's bike. Stella only likes the ladies. If you see some dude riding her, you know you may have just spotted Stella and I can assure you, she is NOT OK with what he is doing to her right now. Please see the photo below. It was the day that we first met. It was happier times. Please keep an eye out and contact me if you suspect you have seen her. She has some black scratches from the U-lock I diligently used to protect her and on her right front handle the stopper at the end is missing (she still worked it!). If you see a Giant Sedona in white fitting this description chained mercilessly to a bike rack most likely somewhere in Waikiki or at a variety of derelict hideouts in parks around Makiki, put on your Justice Cap and write down the registration number (right below the handle bars) and email me. I will tell you if it matches her birth certificate.
I will give anyone who finds her $100. Except the person who stole her. You will get a punch in the balls.
MAHALO.
