Aero Frames for Sprinting

How important is it for a sprint bike to have aerodynamically profiled tube shapes?

An aero frame provides the least amount of aerodynamic benefit - after skinsuit, front wheel, helmet, rear wheel, and shoe covers.

It's also a lot more expensive than those things.

How important is it? Well... it might be important, if, after all those other more significant and affordable aero gains, you're still looking for that hundredth of a second in a qualifier.
