Are these Phil Wood Hubs?

So I picked up a set of Campagnolo Record Crono tubular wheels. I'm not sure what hubs they have. They are cartridge bearing hubs with a 7 speed freewheel. Are these Phil hubs?

the skewers are American Classic, and I suspect the hubs are as well.

That’s the answer. I have a couple sets and love them. Spin well and are quite light.

and they are slotted for those "fat" bladed spokes: can't tell the brand on the spoke heads (DT or..?) but they are X1 front and X2 rear, correct?

Yes. They are cross 1 in the front and cross 2 in the rear.
