Condition and location matter. Pricing can vary between $15 and $115. Upload photos to a hosting site and provide links here

The Varsity in my area will hover between 20.00 and 100.00 though that's the asking price. I bought a '74 Varsity in great condition even with original bar tape for 15$ at a garage sale. She was asking 20$.
Your Conti may bring a few dollars more to one that has a sentimental attachment.

It's an extremely heavy low end bike. Super common too. Schwinn (literally) stamped out millions of them along with their Varsity model. And because they are built like tanks, most of them are still around.
I wouldn't buy one for over $50 unless it was pristine. Selling I'd ask $100 and probably take whatever I could get. Pics of your bike would help assess the value.
FWIW I converted one to single speed and sold it for $145. But it was completely rebuilt.

There is a LeTour in my area for 30.00 in good shape...just to give you a good feel for the Schwinn market. Not highly sought after.

Not much...in Atlanta, many people ASK a lot...but they don't sell for much...and they are quite common. In ATL, I would say, i pristine condition, MAYBE $40...but I would not be optimistic at that price...
