Just my size! And the asking price is very reasonable.

But unfortunately sending it to me would increase the price considerably.

Thanks for the nice words, merziac + microcord !! Definitely frustrating that I don't seem to be able to find this frameset a new home, but hopefully soon! Also, merziac shipping to PDX via Bike Flights is $80, just saying!

heidelbergensis Would there be a problem mounting a 53-tooth outer chainring with the height of the FD mount? Thanks.

I haven't tried this, but I will gladly try mounting a crankset with a standard chainring and report back this evening!

Kilroy1988 Hey! Not sure if you're still interested, but there will be no problem running a 53 - really not sure why the original seller mentioned anything about the braze-on being lower than normal, it seems optimized for traditional road chainings. I will update the listing accoridngly.

Hello sir,

Thanks for getting back to me about that. I've been sorely tempted for a while but last week I just purchased a Mercian Vincitore frameset that will end up building into something of a dream bike for me, so I'm afraid my quota is at its limit... I'm sure someone else must be keen on this at the price, and will give into temptation soon enough!

Please do not take offense.

Could the frame be built with a new carbon aftermarket fork?

Thank you

jjames1452 Hey Joe! No offense taken - of course this frameset can be built with an aftermarket 1" carbon fork. I'm afraid the issue with the current steel fork are not warranted, it's totally fine. Feel free to shoot me a DM if you're interested!
