Sachs Elan 12 speed

I received a Sach's Elan 12 Speed coaster brake hub. I have done the Google search and there really isn't to much out there about this hub. Has anyone had any "Hands On" experience with this hub? I am really thinking strongly to build a bike around this hub... It's a long cold winter in Canada so I have time to come up with something.
Any insight on this hub would be greatly appreciated before I build this Monster into a wheel..

Thanks and Merry Christmas to everyone!!

Wow, it weighs almost as much as a Lotus Elan. But I think it looks cool, especially the stepped hub shell. Good luck with this project!

If you know what you're doing you can lace the first few spokes so the wheel is a complete (but loose) structure, then lace the rest in the truing stand. I decided to do this a while ago for the same reason - hub was a 5-speed alloy SA, not near as heavy as yours must be, and the rim was likely a different size (349), but my wrists were thankful anyway afterwards.
