Rain Cape Practicality

I love my raincape, they work "better" with a more upright position, but riding on the hoods with drop bars work also. It will slow you down or speed you up depending on the wind.

My size is men's 46/S. With my parka spread flat on the floor, the front arm-to-armpit distance is 60 cm. In the back, the top-of-the-shoulder seam-to-seam distance is 42 cm. When wearing a fleece jacket, my dimensions are front armpit-to-armpit 45 cm and breast circumference 104 cm. The parka fits me comfortably, with or without its lining. I ended up hardly ever attaching the lining to the top. It is far more convenient to put them on or take off individually, if both are needed. I hope this helps.
Really appreciate you going to the trouble - I think I'll be ok with the mens M then. I'd usually go for womens US10, so hopefully the mens M will be similar going by your measurements. I know that the Italians and French like their slim tailoring!
Can't wait to get mine it looks so good.

My wife first got the women's version but found the cut too tight for her cycling—the design's striving for elegance trumped practicality. She now happily rides in the same men's S size as I. In the meantime, Tucano rebranded that men's version as unisex.

I love me an oversized men’s style I can shove a practical jumper underneath If it’s not too personal, I’d love to know your wife’s regular size - I’m sorry I can’t pm you as I’m new on the forum! Thanks!
