70's Fuji Gran Tourer mixte frame
FRAME GONE TO THE CO-OP. Where it will hopefully live again.
The stupid things we do for love of inanimate objects... I wanted to build this up as a townie, but I already did one of those (not to mention that any of my other bikes will take me to town). I figure I would release it back to the wild. But then the stem was stuck beyond hope, and I mean seriously fused there. So I spend another $20 on sodium hydroxide and three days dissolving it and here you have it; a frame that usually would have been discarded without a thought begging to get back to life.
$30 plus shipping? The last frame I mailed went for about $25. The badge alone is probably worth $20 and would save me from having to pack the frame :-/

I can't believe I didn't post the measurements, which I diligently wrote down knowing how significant that is...
Will update as soon as I get home.

Seat tube 18 1/2" C2C
Top tube (or where it would be) 20 1/2"
Chainstays 17 1/2" (Trek 720 territory)
If you ask me, the seat position on a Mixte looks better a tad higher than the fist full of seatpost on a road bike; I would use the top tube measurement (20 1/2") as a better idea of fit. But it would certainly work fine with the seat lower.
I know I have a set of period correct Suntour stem shifters I can throw in there.
