@southpawboston just updated the original post with route info via. I'd say its 60% dirt, although its all well-traveled dirt roads, no class 4 or the like.

That was a really fun ride on a perfect afternoon, even though I added some miles and hills by turning left in Adamant instead of bearing right. I'm long overdue for bifocals, I guess.
