WTB: Cheap beater quality canti equipped touring frame
Yep, I said it: cheap (or at least affordable)
I've moved three frames/bike onto other homes recently, and I'd like to build a commuter/tourer.
Size; 59-61cm c-c seat tube. Longer top tubes are better for me.
Paint is completely unimportant. Dents, damage, and stuck components are out.
The more braze ons, the better.
I'd love a Trek to go along with my two Columbus framed Treks, but I know that's probably out of my range at the moment.
What's out there?

Real cheap, kinda cheap?
I'm waiting on arrival of an "upgrade" (LOL actually older, but nicer Alan) on my cross bike so will soon be selling my Ridley aluminum cross frame. It would meet your size and brake criteria but maybe not price as I'll be looking in range of $250. Also not vintage (2006).

It'd have to be a tall one, but don't forget to check out a mid-80ish MTB if the right one crosses your path.

I have a 1983 Trek 720 that I need to unload which is your size . . . .
It's not quite beater quality, though,
I'm using a 1982 Trek 720 as my primary commuter; these bikes make great commuters.

I have a 80's KHS tourer in 59/60cm (need to measure to be sure) that I need to sell. Its got a ton of braze-ons, canti brakes, nice lugged frame, etc. all the good stuff you'd expect from a nice 80's tourer.
