1984 Pogliaghi Pista
I'm thinking of selling my Pog Pista and wanted some ideas of value from the community that I really respect.
Some details:
Bike was bought for Eddie Salas an Australian Olympic rider. I don't have any receipts etc. but do have a few emails I traded with Eddie. According to Eddie original order was placed in 1983 and was take by Sante. however
I have no proof that Sante ever worked on this bike, there is no PSM stamping on the frame.
The Bike has been repainted, when I got it it was monkey vomit green. I has Southwest Frameworks decal on chainstay so there is no confusion that this isn't a repaint.
It has two blemishes, headtube decal 'broke down' a bit, and there's a paint chip on the chain side track end.
I'd have it repaired (repainted) but Southwest Frameworks shop burned down a while ago and isn't back yet.
It has SR crankset, 165 mm, Campy headset, seatpost, hubs. Cinelli Stem and Piste bars. Rims are Fiamme Red label and have Conti Sprinters with less than 50 miles on them.
Here are some initial pictures, more to follow.
thanks,
Marty

Plenty of notable sprinters rode Pogliaghis.
Skip Cutting had one, actually a pair matching road and Sprint, in his signature Purple color.
Stamped on the bottom bracket, GUTTING.
