Judging by the fork, I think this is one of the Vikings made by Lambert/Viscount.

Do you think its worth some money? The viking brand story is pretty interesting. They are selling it for 25 dollars. You think its worth to buy fix up and resell?

Read up Lamberts and the "death fork," which this bike appears to have. I think it's worth $25 to buy and have, but do not sell it (and it is advisable that you not ride it) with that fork on it.

Note that not all of those forks were unsafe. The OP needs to identify which version it is.

To the OP: this bike in good working condition is worth maybe $150. If you plan to ride it, and it fits you, then it's a good deal. If you want to flip it, forget it. This bicycle is not equivalent to the Viking bicycles on the Classic Rendezvous site.

The Viking production was before the Lambert branding came on the market, so unless this is a replacement fork, it's probably a first-generation model, and thus most likely to fail.

recall reading somewhere that at o.e.m. lambert paid something like $1.75 to the vendor of the death fork.

Disregarding the fork and somewhat funky components, the lugged frame is very nice and. As a project, it's a great deal at $25. As a flip or a rider, maybe not so much.
