So UAE says they want the exposure..... yet they don't want to put up with the stuff to get that exposure.

Yeah, I realize it'd be a big hassle to have a film crew traveling with you all the time. But.....

What I got was that UAE felt it would be nice to have the exposure but it's not worth the hassle and they didn't really need more exposure all that much anyway. Either that or it was a polite way to tell Netflix to sod off.
