Always wanted one of these, had passed on one a while back as it did not have the pro class wheels, luckily this one does

Love the chrome!

I though all the ATBs had those rtims, and the ATB pro had rims that looked very similar, but they had a grayish anodizing and a Suntour XC pro grouppo?

But man, that is one sweet bike! I had one of those new back in the day, I too am a big fan of chrome!!!

nice! I just sold one of these in much worse shape. that looks like it came off the showroom floor!
it was super cool but basically a replica of my 83 stumpjumper sport and way more shiny. for some reason I decided to keep the heavier beast..maybe I was just not cool enough for the chrome.

the wheels are awesome!

Thanks for the comments! The bike really is in quite nice condition, wheels are true and not scratched, unfortunately the original decals were removed by the previous owner but I think it actually looks pretty good without them.

I think they all start with them but they get stripped off or swapped out who knows? This is a bike that just really needs them to complete the look!

Regarding the chrome, the pictures don't really do it justice, this thing really shines, can't wait to take it out for a good ride
