Old Claud butler frame identification!
Hello everybody,
I am looking for help in identification of this old Claud butler! It does not seem to have any frame markings anywhere on the BB or dropouts. I was thinking it’s an Olympic road maybe(?) but am not totally sure.
The seattube diameter is 26.4 or something to that effect so I don’t believe it is 531, or at least double butted.
The head badge is obviously the Olympic style but I am unsure of dates for this!
many thanks

It's a CB frame, for sure; has the shifter stop on the side and that short bb cable guide. It's lost the pump pegs, and those fork tips look too small and smooth to match the rear dropouts. The frame - except for the curved brake bridge - matches the 1974 Velox S I got recently.
