Doesn't look like much clearance for fenders, something I recommend on a winter bike.

Your bike is not rare or a collectors item but it still is a decent bike. I always liked he Sante stuff. It looks to be a Tange frameset which isn't too shabby. As for a winter bike which is where you posted this, no it isn't even close, unless you live in much warmer climates that never sees snow or ice. You can't put fenders on it as aruban has stated. But enjoy your bike it looks like someone took very good care of that bike.
