I don't like to disagree without a correct/better answer, but Mesa Runners had a crowned fork until 86' and it doesn't look like the 86'

1986 Cruiser Supreme, 6 speed, except the fork is wrong. It has a fork type that is from the MTB line up.

No front derailleur or shifter, so probably not in the mountain bike catalogue.
