Has anybody put an electric E Wheel on the FRONT wheel of a 20 inch folder?

I have 2 each... Dahon UNO.
Would be interested trying an E Wheel on the front. Just for grins.
Anybody done it?
Any help or suggestions?
Any sources to buy one?
Thanks

I would be very weary of putting a 250 watt+ motor on the front especially on aluminum forks because there where NEVER designed to handle the constant stress of pulling from front of the wheel if there is a break it would be kind of catastrophic. Safest place to have them would be the rear and they are better held beefier connections on the frame. But since you have a single speed it, not sure if they would work at all with a 120 old in the back.

I have a 500W Mac motor on the front wheel of a Downtube FS right now. Bought it from EM3EV (www.em3ev.com). Upgrade Mac Kit with 46.8V Frame Battery (up to 40kmh/25mph)

Very happy with it.

I bought a high-torque motor winding for all the hills where I live. Gets max speed of 23mph. I've gone as far as 70 miles on my 14ah battery, with me pedaling hard. I do get some front wheel slippage, but not a problem, I just pedal through it.

This kit has been on my recumbent, but since transferred to the Downtube.

Worked well there too, but I'm selling the 'bent.

What else would you like to know?

Stevekk please read up on these before you start putting on a motor on the front fork and make sure you install it properly with torque arms. what I wrote above isn't one off incidents, here's some links that you should read up and gain knowledge first.

https://www.electricbike.com/dangers/
read point #3 to support what I wrote.

https://www.electricbike.com/torque-arm/
entire section here on how to install front hub motors properly.
