Bridgestone Moulton BSM R9 -> R11 with Shimano Alfine 11 IGH

a modification for this BSM. Now a BSM R11, or R-11.

I had an Ultegra 9 speed rear derailleur theres a while ago. Now it has a Shimano Alfine 11 IGH (32H) installed.

I am very pleased with this setup.

Nice bike, but nasty spoke angles .. 2 cross is not recommended for that setup .. I'd have it re-laced 1x if you plan on riding it regularly..

Bruce:

I'm curious - why is a 1X better than a 2X? Is it a matter of the angle of entry of the spoke?
