I was thinking that it would be great if we ladies all got together to build some female solidarity within the bike community.

Hey I am a fixie girl rider in SF. Im in grad school, so its hard to drag me out from under the books. But i try to go for long rides when i get the chance.

thursday nights are good for me. We can do an east bay pub crawl. I can call gaby and a few other girls but i have a feeling there won't be a huge group, even if gears are invited. We could invite boys and make them wear skirts if they come, or not. There is an oakland bike brigade thing that happens once a month here, gears and fixed mixed. I am a little weary of riding in packs though because people have problems keeping a straight line sometimes, i'm willing to give it a try though.

i think, that if guys wanna ride with us, they need to go to the store, pick out a skirt, and buy it (without using the excuse that it's for their girlfriend or something).
2 cents at goodwill.
or, they can just meet us at the bar afterwards.. (skirt optional)
