Palmer Park is a good place to ride (park in the middle of town - good trails!)
Captain Jack (or is it Blackjack?)
Garden of the Gods (has/had trails)
Phantom Canyon (restaurant too!)

damn OTS - you are making me want to move back there...mountains, velodrome, microbrewfest, Focus on the Family...wait, scrub that last one.

yeah, it's coming back to me now.. so, i used to live in the palmer lake/monument area, just five miles north of co. springs.. there's this main road that goes from palmer park through monument and then further north, i think, eventually connecting with that main freeway.. there's a pretty train and lakes with beavers.. it's definitelly worth the scenic ride (or drive if you're bikeless)..

We do need more cool folks here, [165]!

I have resorted to importing a buddy from Cleveland. It was only natural for him to escape that place, once there was a contact here!

ute valley also has some sweet trails... as well as dumb boring ones. it's in town as well. as of last weekend, captain jack's and the rest of lower cheyenne canyon was soo snowy. of course, this week's weather owns, so perhaps it's better. upper cheyenne canyon is going to be out of the question for a while yet... palmer park would probably be your best bet for time and weather. lots of technical.

lot's of folks are haters on this town, but it's due to them being lazy cry babies that can't make their own fun. if you like bikes, this town is great. cars aren't needed to go mountain biking here. we have soooo many great, great trails.

josh, i'm still working on your request.
