That is - if he wins the Tour, he will get a pass on the "meat"; if he loses, they'll pile on and ban him. Why, because the system is totally f'ed.

Contador can't count picking up that much time in the ITT, so he'll have to attack on in the mountains. Win or lose it will be interesting.

On a purely selfish level, I hope not. I enjoyed last year's Vuelta much more than this year's Giro.
