Maybe just get an adjustable wrench. Then you can do more different sizes.
Of course you'll have to decide if you need a metric or standard adjustable wrench<grin>

Probably a 15mm wrench will work, as @alcjphil suggests. An adjustable wrench will work, but has a higher risk for damaging the nut. The box end of a combo wrench is the preferred tool. About the only bikes with nutted axles I encounter with something other than metric axle nuts are old American bikes with SAE spec nuts.
