Steel Frame and Fork Cyclocross
What companies out there offer the steel frame and fork combo?
I've seen Soma, Surly, Bens cycles, All City. Are there any others?
Ideally i'm looking to do a build and would like a framset. Ideally all steel with crowned lugged steel fork and with the capability for hydraulic discs....

Calling it "cyclocross" makes me wonder exactly what you want. Kona has some steel bikes that work well on gravel.

Kona Sutra ULTD (up to 2021) or Kona Sutra LTD (up to 2021) or Kona Sutra LTD (Model 2022 which is speced like a ULTD 2021)
Then, the Cinelli Hobootleg GEO used to be all steel until recently. model 2021 has a new carbon fork. the 2019 are still for sale and are all steel

That they do. My first intentional gravel bike was built with one of the rim brake frames. Still have it, its just set up for commuting/camping now. Super versatile, very good finish, and designed by a grizzled guy who has been in the business for decades.
