I did that several years ago and am still with the same wardrobe (less my favorite jacket which my wife lost). I am resisting an urge to replace the old but there are other things higher up on the priority list, like a EPS or Di2 upgrade for the Marvel, or potentially a new frame set to build from the ground up.

The grid is one, along with infrastructure in general being unprepared for the cold that I suspect will be a regular thing. Population growth that's outstripped the infrastructure. Which also has led to unbearable traffic. Even the riding (when I was riding) has become much harder and less pleasant outdoors, even on the routes we used to use, let alone the ones AG used when she was here first.
Some of that is Austin-specific, of course, but that's where we care about.
