Please, what remover for this freewheel?
OK I'm stumped.
I have a box full of removers and ARGGGGH!
Please, how to I get this off?
Nothing I have seems to fit.

That's the deal with the atom. There are super thin walled atom removers. One of my favorite freewheels is an atom. 14-34 6 speed just made for touring. I love it.

When you re-build a rear wheel, if possible lock the fw side cone with a thin locknut and use a shorter spacer between that and the outer, dropout-facing locknut. It's important that the fw-side cone is locked VERY tight; otherwise should it loosen it will recess inward and destroy the hub.
If there is no thin locknut holding that cone in position, it's the outer one that does, and then IT is damm tight instead. With a thin locknut doing the job you can tighten the outer locknut just enough so it doesn't move by itself when the wheel comes off, but is easy to remove to take the fw off - and the axle stays in place.

Zeus and Phil freewheel removers will fit that model, and slip over the locknut. The problem is finding one, as they've been out of production for decades. They do turn up on the used market fairly often, e.g. eBay or swaps.

The Zeus won't fit an Atom FW, its lands are too shallow for the inner points on the fw splines.
The Atom won't fit a Zeus FW, its points are too large for the fw lands.
The Zeus will fit a Zeus FW (of course), but it also fits a Regina Extra.
The Atom won't fit the Regina.
(I tried all the above.)

The Zeus won't fit. It has points about .855" dia, the Atom has points .865"; and the Zeus has lands at .810" while the Atom has them at .775".

I don't have a splined Regina to test, but I do have a Zeus freewheel. All three tools fit, although the Bicycle Research felt a little sloppy. I know the Phil works well to remove Zeus freewheels, because that's what I used before I got the Zeus tool.
I guess the moral of the story is to have a variety of tools available.
