Specs:
Frame: HongFu FM-138
Fork: Sid Ultimate
Shock: Sidluxe Ultimate

Hubs: DT240 EXP
Spokes: Pillar 1420
Rims: Lightcarbon UAD935-XC 30mm I.D.(This wheelset is 1350g)
Tires: Vittoria Barzo 2.35” f/r

Transmission: Full Deore XT M8100 12sp except Deckas chainring
Brakes: M8120 front, M8100 rear (M8120 interfered with frame)Rotors: SRAM Centerline 180/160
Dropper: TranzX 150mm, unknown model. Stole it off my fatty. Mechanics feel superb but it’s weighty at 650g. May change in the future if a deal on a lighter one comes along
Dropper Lever: Splurged and got the Shimano MT800 I-Spec EV - glad I did
Pedals: M8100

Saddle: Bontrager something. Nothing special but super comfy
Stem: TBD, I have a couple different sizes to try before getting something permanent (currently 70mm - 7°)
Bar: Toseek 740mm carbon - not sure I'm 100% happy with these, I have a bar with 3° more kick on the way to try.
Grips: Ergon GA3, but will maybe trade them out for my GA2 fats

I took it on the maiden vogage today and I'm ecstatic about how it feels!! Need to tweak the cockpit a bit and either a tad more pressure or a token in the rear shock to stiffen it up a touch. @$$ end felt more like a Cadillac than a Corvette. Still VERY happy with it.
