As my physician father always said about supplements, “expensive urine”. He said the best way to get essential nutrients, vitamins and protein was by eating a balanced diet similar to the Mediterranean diet. He’s now 90 and going very strong.

My only supplement is magnesium for the days I push to far and have leg cramps. Don’t take it daily as the vast majority of supplements have not been tested or approved by the FDA. Lots of articles regarding there lack of purity, quality control issues or not being what the label states.

One source of 100s. https://www.consumerreports.org/cro/...ents/index.htm
