SL7 sizing help
Have to turn to the gurus of the board as I am a bit lost sizing wise for sl7
Have done 2 bike fits plus another one from the old bike and still cannot figure out if it is 54 or 56.
173 cm , inseam 84, pretty flexible.
Fit 1. 621 handlebar stack, 484 reach, 172.5, height 741, 35 stack, 100 stem
Fit 2 631, 477, 172.5, 765, 25, 100
With the old r5 beinf 54 frame 636, 473, 172.5, 772, 35 stack and 110 stem.
So given all this numbers is it a 54 or a 56. One fitter is adamant it can only it 56, the other says 54.

Tarmac SL7?
I'm 5' 11" with 87.6 cm inseam. I ride a 56 cm Tarmac of 2020 vintage. I think I'd be perfectly happy on a 54 cm too. But then again, I'd be happy on a 58 cm Tarmac.
For me, I'd have to change things on any of them. For sure on the bigger sizes I'd get narrower bars and shorter cranks. Those two things change as you go up and down the range of sizes so you need to pay attention if those things are going to matter to you.
For one thing if you like to sit more upright, then larger frame might do that for you better. If you like to get aero, the smaller frame might be better.
But regardless, it's a "might". It all depends on you.
