DIY E bike drivetrain with 997 motor and general parts

Buying parts first
997 motor: 48V-400W at 20,000 rpm
1st stage: grinder bevel gears
2nd stage: 25H chain
3rd stage: bicycle chain

Then laser cutting joint plates to fix the sprockets to the hubs

Great job, and a really interesting conversion. How much noise is there at 20K RPM and how many amps?

Just received the controller then test run, the noise of fan in the motor sounds strong with full throttle, when riding- -the wind through your ears should much louder then the motor, bevel gears should get well lubricated to reduce noise rather

The spare wheel rpm is lower(10km/hr), when you ride in rough terrain or beach, put down 2 wheels to increase more power and tractions
