Anyone run into issues with subject combo? Only had time to mount up the front tire/wheel thus far, but it was easy-peasy & held air & sealant just fine. Pumped up to about 50 psi & did a 3 mile test loop. Two days later I saw that it was totally deflated. Pumped it up to 40 psi and an overnight it was totally deflated again. Rim tape is factory Enve & I’m am using their valves (per Enve recommendation) with Orange Seal Endurance.

Any and all info is appreciated.

What width tires? I’m assuming they are wide and that’s why you went with the 650b, so 50 sounds high

ETA: measure your inflated tire width to use the calculator, it has a huge impact

Tires are 700x40. I only put 50 psi in to see it it would hold air overnight. I’ll ride with them pumped up to around 35 psi or slightly less

My experience has been that the majority of the time this kind of problem is a loose/leaking valve stem.
