What size are bmx mid bottom brackets?

Could anyone possibly advise me? I need new bearings for my 22mm mid bb but I'm really not sure which type of bearing or size it is? I was going to order it from a bearing specialisist as the guy from my LBS said they're much cheaper, thanks

R12-RS-D22.

Your bearing guy cannot get them, bro. It's a POS bike-industry thing, b/c the bike industry hates us. If you had a 19mm spindle, you could've gone with just regular R12-RS. I run the old-version Profile SS, with the 7/8" (22.2mm) spindle, and that takes an off-the-shelf r14-rs (for use in American BB cups), but i've never had any luck finding the r12-rs with the special 22mm ID. But guess what, buddy? You can get replacement bearings from Dan's for, like, $16/set. Just how much cheaper did you think you'd get them? I can get replacement bearings for my SS for $6.50/set; I can get replacements for my Flights at $5/set. Are you really gonna fret over $10?

PS- I see you're from the UK, so Dan's may not be your best option. Still, I'm sure some sort of limey BMX emporium will sell you just a pair of mid bearings for a few "quid", or whatever it is you lot like to spend over there. PS- sorry for the snark; I'm thoroughly jealous of ppl who get to live in JOE.
