As the owner of a 64cm example from a couple years newer ('88/89), this is a "budget" in price only because the ride and handling of these is absolutely sublime--truly magic! People can have their Gran Criteriums and 3Vs, very good bikes in their own right. But man, these Nuova Stradas are not to be discounted. At all!

Did you post this in the Facilitators Thread yet? I did that for a Schwinn Prologue and it was 1000% worth it. Thankfully, I got to return the favor to another BF member shortly thereafter.

Congrats!

For shipping, have you researched any bike shops near Cocoa?

This looks like quite a deal:

Club Fuji Bike - $75

Lousy photos, as these deals often are. Someone might want to jump on this. I would, but I'm out of room and budget right now.

I found Village Cycle Shoppe but I don't know anything about them. I was hoping someone from BF is in the area that would know where to go. I haven't asked, but I think the seller might be willing to drop the bike off there. If I can't find a facilitator, then that's my plan B.

The shop looks good. Might suggest to contact them, inquire the cost to breakdown and carton the bike (reusing new bike packaging). Then if the seller willing, have them bring it to the bike shop. Use Bike Flights and have it shipped to your local bike shop. Routine B2B.

Guessing the overall cost will be half what the bike was. Still an awesome score.

1986 Trek Tri 500 - Reynolds 531 25.5" frame (I texted the guy for size, replied back 26" C-T, but the catalog says largest size was 25.5). $250. I don't think he knows how nice if a bike he has, could probably get it a bit cheaper.
