not so sure: the forkcrown definitely NOT typical of a Cinelli Super Corsa, and not sure if this adds up to a Model B, either.
More likely a Windsor or Carabela, but even there it's hard to say if the forkcrown is a match. Unfortunately most of these models SHOULD have chrome lugs and crown. Assuming that chrome got painted over, most Acer-Mex SHOULD have serial numbers typically stamped on the seatlug side...but photos are way too low-res to tell.
My 2 cents: if you wanted an Acer-Mex with Campy, you'll have to go look in person and find the details that will confirm it. (serial number, seat post size, forkcrown, etc.)
But remember there were a few others that copied Cinelli SC besides Acer-Mex, including the "3-holes in headlugs" (sometimes seat lugs), so a chance it's none of the above.

Hence the "etc."
So like I said, whatever it is, with full Campy and looks pretty good from here.....

Had to list this if only to show off the seller's ability to read....
Very Rare "Parker" bike stand. Ignoring naming, I think $95 isn't bad for a (?) PCS-1.

'70's Andre Bertin C35 in Portland, Oregon for $260
52cm. Owner was converting to single speed so really only a frame/fork, headset, brake calipers, but maybe unusual enough to be a good deal still?

what are SP and HS ? not sure on Hubs, one item I forgot to ask about.
Seller accepted my too low for anyone to say yes offer at $500 and after that - I couldn't back out. Surely, I thought he would say no! The rationale for my offer was a guy could part out many of the pieces that are original/period correct and hold on to frame for about that amount...but then again, that was the rationale for the other XX bikes in the garage and I have no plans to part it out.
This may be my RAGBRAI bike seeing as it started in 1972 as well. Will have to see how it rides, but the long cage derailleur makes it better candidate for modifying for Hills and my Age than my other Paramount. Maybe a conversion to a Triple is in the cards to make it a better option. Or maybe it will just join the Chome Paramount I bought from another member to be on Display in the man cave...

I didn't notice the head badge at first, but seller did mention it when starting to exchange info and more detailed photos. ebay wants $100 plus for the real thing.. One more thing to keep an eye out for.

Rims look like they are Schrader rims with Presta tubes and what's with the electrical tape but it's the frame you'd want anyway....

Would also expect the stem to not be stuck having had the bars replaced.
Long cage Campy Valentino RD is a boat anchor, generally poor performing PITA, not a candidate for a good RAGBRAI touring rig.
All that being said, never a bad thing to up the Paramount count, I'm up to 7.
