Good call on the bird. Although someone downline might have a Falcon it could roost upon.
@gugie, pls add me back on the end of the list.

Relieved to see I haven't delayed the BOC. Eager for its arrival.

Shoot, I've not been on much lately and missed some crap.
Happy belated birthday!
(and I see someone got the bird)

Sorry. Just waiting for the negs to come back from the developer.
I couldn't figure out how the bird was bicycle related (nor how she survived the trip) so I took her out to make room for usable parts.
Otherwise, I was pretty conservative about what I took out, the parts in the box are a lot fancier than they used to be and my bikes are still the same old beaters. I managed to get some nice tidbits back in, tough.

Toot-toot. En-route! Like sending your first daughter off to college. You know she'll return from that journey someday but she won't be the same. She may look the same on the outside but deep down inside, you know she's changed. Wish I could send her off to college for eighteen bucks.
Actually, got it in the mail yesterday but haven't been to the computer to announce it. The bird is very social. I don't know if that's the same as friendly.

The mail came at 11:00 today. I took the box out of the carrier's hands and took it inside to see.
The box was quite heavy, and very well packed. There were all sorts of goodies inside...
Sweet! I can use this. (psych this wasn't in the box. lol )
Here's what I removed. It will advance 3 separate projects that I'm working on.
I took out a couple things to read before putting them back in, adding my crap, and repacking the box.
Took the box to the Post Office at 4:40 pm, and was told delivery is expected on Friday.

If we can get three turns in one week, also a new record!

Glad to you got that 3-speed trigger, John, as I remembered you were looking for one. Ben showed great restraint by not claiming it.

Thanks, much, Neil. It will find it's way onto my long-delayed Velo-Cheapo that has turned out to be more work and more expense than I had anticipated. At least it will be cool when it's finally done.

I somehow don't think that saddle was actually in the box.

Houston, The Box Has Landed.
And . . . we need a new box. Have to go to the Post Office and pick one up.
I'll post the required BoC photos, and get this sent out, tommorrow!

Wow, that box gets some serious abuse! I started with a new one in both of my rounds, and it was just a couple of passes before it was kaput. Good thing they're free!
