I only rode 22 miles yesterday but today did 31 miles. Still waiting for "winter" to arrive. Out the door at 6:45am both days with temps already at 77F and even higher humidity.

23 fake miles, climbing 4,000 fake feet (La Reine, France) in two real hours. And yes, Phyllis, it’s still raining.

CX racing is no joke. I'm fairly competitive in XC mtb racing, but I get my butt handed to me at the CX races.
Same here. 35 minute sprint. I did no warm up so the first lap was painful. I'll do it again with the stripped down Domane. Staying on the pedals smooths it out. It handles well for me. A guy fell on a off camber sharp left up a short steep hill. I was able to cut inside. A few more teeth on the rear would help. May get a cassette just for this and stay out of he big ring. Self imposed 1X.

no miles this week. Had hand surgery today, nothing major, but did a lot of OT as I will be out all next week for recovery, so did 2 miles a day walking the dog. I think he is over it.

1/4 the time out, the headwinds went from ugh to wtf & brought in the moiiistness. The wet got even worserz all the way thru to the return. Was glad that the former headwinds was still active, just that it slowed down to about half the mph.... figures it'd turn out like that. At least the temps stayed within 41°F & 49°F the whole time. A dry 41°F with no winds would have been perceptively warmer.
62 miles.

I had forgotten I had a set of aerobar not being used in the garage, so I rigged the things up on my smart bike and adjusted the buttons to have all the shifting control from my right hand. Man I love this thing. I got in 30 easy flat miles. Aerobars worked pretty good and no pain on my left hand. . I also replaced the bar tape on the smart bike and moved the buttons on the drops to a better position to make it a little easier for my wife to use them. Wrapping bar tape with a heavily bandage hand was a little awkward, but it came out pretty good.

58 miles w/7200' of gain. The kid I rode with turned it into a total hammerfest. At the risk of sounding like bragging DB, I set a bunch of Strava segment PRs, several top 10s, and my best 10 second power ever(1200 watts.) I was totally cooked by the end of the ride and now hurt all over.

been sick as a dog for the last 3 days... lots of sleep, my wife works from home as well and her work setup is in the bedroom, so she woke me up and told me to go to the couch as she had a meeting, that's love right there. I got in a whopping 2.6 miles inside today when I decided I was not feeling it. Will try again tomorrow and try and get about 10 easy miles in just to get the legs moving.

I hope you feel better soon. Getting fresh air (and sun) is always good, even if for a short time.

I did about 20 miles today. Weather was unseasonably good.

Thanks, yea I did get outside today, took the dog out and got the trash bin before it blew down the street. No sun as we are having a nasty Noreaster storm, and it started to rain, heavy cold winds out of the east off the ocean. Supposed to have a good amount of rain for the next 3 days.

Did about 25 miles today. First road bike ride in nearly 3 weeks. I've been riding gravel and trails the last 3 weeks. So getting on the Tarmac Pro this morning was like riding a feather!
