Can that be had anywhere in the U.S.?

I've seen a trailer very similar to that here in the U.S. - but for a hot dog vendor.

I bought a similar stand off ebay, it's a rear axel mount with locking mechanism. I put it on a Schwinn Breeze that I got off CL, it works great. When I was in Japan I had a simple mama-chari -which I miss dearly, I would I could have brought it with me, but the kickstand is great. Owen, I envy you and your choice of Japanese bicycles. I would love nothing more than to have a ~10,000 yen mama-chari here in the States.
