Building a saddle box for cargo bike

To replace a high GC rear basket to improve maneuverability in mountain winding road riding

The loaded rear basket make the GC of a bike too high to turn smoothly riding in the mountain winding road

Then I try to build a saddle box right side to balance with left hand side folding chair

Without machining work, you can saw 2 triangles off a L type aluminum bar and bent it to U frames, with 2 short cross strus lower and bending a U strap bar upper, drilling holes for bolts to combine separated frames

Then insert coroplast board into the frame without any fixing

Camping ride
