Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I really want these wheels for this....I'm working on getting 8 or 9 speed Ultegra or 105 for it....Its just so damn expensive. I cant justify spending more on components then I did on the entire bike! lol

My Cinelli SuperCorsa:

Rides as good as it looks too. No downtube shifters 'cause Campy does not make one for 11 speed.

Coppi forthree

Blue Coppi has an unsual Columbus triangulated tubeset. Frameset is late '90's built up with alloy Campy group. For steel this a very stiff frame.

sick looking bike.

One question though, are the downtube cable stops on upside down, or left/right mixed up how ever you like to describe it? Bummer to have to waste a gear cable to change them over, unless you are lucky and it can be used twice.

I had those pedals too, a few set sets actually, they were really good.

here is mine, been posted a few times before. A mix of mostly older 90's kit with some modern 10 speed campagnolo and modern hubs, tyres and bars, oh and a pretty rare Ti record seatpost from 1997.

Since SuperC took the effort to resurrect a 4-1/2 year old thread, I guess I'll take the effort to play along:

Old school steel:

Hand cut and polished SS lugs:

Polished SS Chainstay:

The neo portion - an EPS charging port built into the seat tube:

I like that all white look. I've been planning in powder coating my '87 SR600 and couldn't decide between a grayish-black and white like yours., but I think I've now decided. Heres mine.
