What is the value of this Raleigh Competition GS in Washington DC?

Campy Nuovo Sport derailleurs and crankset. Weinmann Brakes, 700c Weinmann concave front wheel and 700c Rigida rear wheel.

Looks to be mostly complete and in decent shape. Value depends on the market a bit. In a hot market (which I am assuming DC is?), I'd guess around $400. I bought one a while back with almost no original parts--I was really just buying for the frame--for $175 in NYC, and I think I got the whole bike for the value of the frame.

For me, much of the value is in the Campy set which is good for about $200 (without the brakes) but only if the cranks work for you. The mis-matched wheels will cost you if you want to make them right. Probably a fair deal at $400. They're listed much higher on The Bay but no one's buying them.

$400 might be slightly optimistic, but doable. I've had a few of these before...unless it has a Brooks, I'd take anything over $325.

I would say around $350 is realistic the matched none original wheelset will hold price down some, but not worth changing if your going to sell the bike. I see these listed on Ebay and various CL at much higher prices but they just don't seem to be selling much over $400.
