Disc brake cable housing holders

Hey,
I'm upgrading my bike to disc brakes (Avid BB7) and I'm having some problems with cable routing to rear (disc brakes are mounted on chainstay so can't propably use old routing without S-shaped housing bending, even tho frame has cable guide slot in seatstay aswell)

Do you have any other suggestions than stick-on cable guides? There is two 6mm holes in the frame with grommets, I was thinking if they can be used somehow for mounting.

You could strap the cables to the frame with self-fusing silicone tape. It stretchy and only sticks to itself so can be removed cleanly and it does not bleed adhesive like electrical or similar vinyl tapes. It is available in numerous colors as well as clear so you can match or contrast with your frame. Stick-ons tend to creep and fall off in the heat.

I use zip ties all over my bike. Maybe under the top tube and down the seat stay? Are there any cable stops? If not you probably need to run full length housing.

Install rivnuts into those holes that have been drilled in frame and use a screw on cable guide like this or screw on a small p-clamp.

I used these to hold down the cable housing for my front disc brake. Keeps things neat and I have had no problems (still in place after 3 years).
