43 to 50mm rake ?
I'm planning to purchase an additional fork for my Lynskey Cooper CX, one with braze-ons/eyelets for a rack for spring camping. The Lynskey touring disc fork is the first one that came to mind.. but it has a 50mm rake compared to my Wound Up's 43mm. I'm not well versed on such things, so what kind of change in ride/handling might one expect?

It will give you less trail, but that may not be bad. I am in the process of going from 43mm to 50mm on my Nasbar frame. With its 72.5° HTA, the 50 should put me on 5.5cm of trail, which is what I have been targeting. If you plan to run a rack, many people recommend 4.0cm of trail, which would be twitchy unladen, but slowed enough laden to be fairly neutral. Your best bet would probably be asking in the touring subforum.

That is a big change. I wouldn't do it. Maybe 43 to 45mm, but not 43 to 50mm.
