Garmin Varia quarter turn mount for rear pannier rack?

I have a Tour Easy Sport recumbent. Presently, my Garmin Varia is mounted to the cross bar on the rear of my seat. Looking to move this to the rear of the pannier rack. There are holes in my rack that will accept different mounts and I think it is a common place to mount rear tail lights, etc.. Cannot seem to locate a source for a Garmin Quarter Turn mount. Anyone seen such an animal?

I bought a cheap stem cap Garmin mount for use on my rear rack. If your rack has a vertical surface with a hole in it (or if you can drill a hole) you can use one.

A little duct tape and bailing wire ... actually a basic quarter turn mount.

Thanks for the bailing wire tip. I should have thought about that one myself.
